Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable supervision, corporate reporting requirements and management reporting. Assist in all external reporting, including financial institutions, taxing authorities, owners and regulatory agencies.
Oversee projects from permit approvals through construction and final bond release and community turnover. Responsible for construction schedules, contract documents, land development budgets, environmental studies, Geotechnical reports, Engineering and Architectural construction plans and permit compliance reports. Must have the ability to develop schedules, budgets and deliver according to the Division plan.
Responsible for managing and overseeing construction of homes in an assigned community to ensure cost, schedule and quality standards are met. Monitor reports, assist in pre-construction and production of homes, and supervise trade partner’s work, assuring that such work complies with standards of quality.
Responsible for the accounting and reconciliation of balance sheet, homebuilding reporting, managing property taxes, land acquisition accounting and related wire requests, managing budgets with department Directors and prepare and review month-end reports.
